1.士气有上限,各种不同陆军学说的军队士气不同。比如德国的闪电战学说,组织度高士气低;苏联的人海,组织度低士气高。想提高士气一般靠研究高级学说。士气一般影响组织度回复速度,如果时间允许,就让你的部队多休息几天也一样。

2.地区刚刚易主时,所有的东西都会归零(包括设施和资源),然后会慢慢恢复,直至和占领前的相同。用小国弱国,还是少惹事,老老实实盖工厂好了。用大国强国时,不用造工厂,抢工厂就足够了,虽说抢来的工厂恢复起来慢些,而且老是有游击队恶心你,但是总比等上一年才等到一个工厂好多了。

3.和用于生产消费品的工业值投入有关。进入外交界面,调整经济类型,自由市场比计划经济货币产量高。有的部长也可以提高金钱产量(不是每个国家都有这样的好部长)。

4.你的空军是部署在岛屿上的吗?或者是部署在和首都不相连的大陆上?那就是这个地方原先仓库里没有油,你的船队还没来得及把油运来。再等几天吧,等你的运输队把油料运来再说。要是等几天也没用,检查一下你到底有没有多余的运输船了。
